Building and LEADING TEAMS

Building a successful and cohesive team is one of the most difficult challenges that leaders and team members alike face, and yet a high-performing team can have tremendous impact on an organization's success.

We invite you to join us for this interactive Annenberg Leadership Seminar Webinar during which Tom Fox, Director of the Center for Government Leadership, will discuss common team dysfunctions and strategies for building a high-performing team.

OUR APPROACH
As with all of our trainings, we believe that the best learning takes place when participants apply lessons directly to their job. During the Webinar, we invite you to share challenges you are currently facing on the job and engage with other participants.
